  1. Sign in with Discord

    Your browser opens, you authorise, and you're back in the launcher. No email, no new password.

  2. Choose where to install

    We suggest the drive with the most free space. If you already have the game, point to its folder and the launcher recognises it.

  3. Download

    Scarica

    The full game, about 122 GB, checked file by file. If you close the launcher or lose your connection, it picks up where it stopped.

  4. Play

    Gioca

    Every time you start it, the launcher checks for updates and takes you to the Milan server.

Windows says "Windows protected your PC" or the browser warns that the file isn't commonly downloaded. Is that normal?Windows dice «PC protetto» o il browser avvisa che il file è poco scaricato. È normale?

Yes. The launcher has no paid code-signing certificate and few people download it yet, so Windows SmartScreen and the browser show a warning. Only download it from riftrise.com, then choose More info and Run anyway. You don't need to turn off your antivirus and we will never ask you to.

Sì. Il launcher non ha una firma digitale a pagamento e lo scaricano ancora poche persone, quindi Windows SmartScreen e il browser mostrano un avviso. Scaricalo solo da riftrise.com, poi scegli Ulteriori informazioni e Esegui comunque. Non serve disattivare l'antivirus e non te lo chiederemo mai.

The download stopped or is slow.Il download si è fermato o va piano.

The launcher retries by itself and carries on from where it got to, even after you close it or restart your PC; if the connection drops it shows "No connection, retrying…" and continues as soon as you're back online. Check that Settings → Download speed is set to "Maximum". If it stays stuck, open Settings → Logs and support and message us on Discord.

Il launcher riprova da solo e riparte da dove era arrivato, anche dopo aver chiuso il launcher o riavviato il PC; se cade la connessione mostra «Connessione assente, riprovo…» e continua appena torna. Controlla che in Impostazioni la velocità di download sia su «Massima». Se resta fermo, apri Impostazioni → Log e supporto e scrivici su Discord.

I already have the 32.11 game in another folder.Ho già il gioco 32.11 in un'altra cartella.

Choose "I already have the game on this PC" and point to the folder: the launcher recognises the 32.11 build whatever the folder is called, checks the files and downloads only what's missing.

Scegli «Ho già il gioco su questo PC» e indica la cartella: il launcher riconosce la build 32.11 con qualsiasi nome di cartella, controlla i file e scarica solo quello che manca.

Where do the files and logs go?Dove finiscono i file e i log?

The game goes in the folder you choose. The launcher's settings and logs are in Documents\Riftrise (if Documents can't be used, in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Riftrise\data). Logs never contain passwords or tokens.

Il gioco va nella cartella che scegli. Impostazioni e log del launcher stanno in Documenti\Riftrise (se Documenti non è utilizzabile, in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Riftrise\data). I log non contengono password né token.
